AGF Management (OTC: AGFMF) is an asset management company that provides investment services to a wide range of clients. AGF Management manages various funds and investment strategies. On April 14, 2026, AGF Management reported its financial results for the first quarter, which drew attention due to a miss on analyst forecasts.

AGF Management reported an earnings per share (EPS) of $0.22, which did not meet the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue also came in lower than expected. AGF Management posted revenue of approximately $69.81 million for the quarter, falling short of the projected $113.15 million, setting a challenging tone for its performance.

However, AGF Management’s own report provides a different view. AGF Management announced an adjusted diluted EPS of $0.30. This adjusted figure often excludes one-time or non-operational costs to give a clearer picture of core business performance. When excluding its AGF Capital Partners division, the adjusted EPS was $0.35, a 21% increase from the prior year.

The AGF Capital Partners division itself had a negative EPS of $0.05. AGF Management attributes this to non-cash adjustments on the value of some older investments. Despite this divisional loss, AGF Management generated strong free cash flows of $36 million, which is a 14% increase year-over-year.

In a sign of confidence, AGF Management’s Board of Directors declared an 8% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.14 per share, as highlighted by GlobeNewswire. AGF Management also reported that its total assets under management grew by 12% from the previous year, reaching $60.50 billion.
