Top U.S. Stock Gainers: MKDWELL, ACV Auctions, and Frequency Electronics Rally

U.S. stocks advanced on Friday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average gaining around 400 points. Several smaller securities recorded particularly large moves.

MKDWELL (NASDAQ: MKDW) surged 51.96% to $7.75. The move came days after the company filed financial information related to its completed acquisition of Landvision Inc., an AI-enabled smart-home and Internet-of-Things company. The $240 million all-share transaction resulted in substantial dilution for existing MKDWELL shareholders.

ACV Auctions Inc. (NYSE: ACVA) climbed 44.18% to $10.41 after Copart, Inc. (NASDAQ: CPRT) agreed to acquire the company for $10.50 per share in cash, valuing the deal at approximately $1.9 billion.

Frequency Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: FEIM) jumped 42.40% to $88.38 following strong quarterly results. Revenue increased 70% to $23.5 million, while its funded backlog reached a record $129 million.

GT Biopharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTBP) rose 39.32% to $8.61 as the company hosted a presentation on its TriKE® cancer-treatment platform.

The GraniteShares 2x Long DELL Daily ETF (CBOE: DLLL) gained 23.49% to $36.79, amplifying the nearly 12% rise in Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE: DELL) shares.
