Armada Acquisition Corp. II (NASDAQ: XRPN) gained 42.9% to $23.43 after shareholders approved its merger with Evernorth. The deal is expected to bring about $300 million in cash and roughly 473 million XRP, with closing planned for October 7 and Nasdaq trading under XRPN on October 8.
