  • Analysts anticipate BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) to report $14.32 earnings per share on $7.43 billion in revenue for Q3 2026, representing a 21.6% rise in EPS and 14.5% revenue growth year-over-year.
  • The investment management giant has a strong track record, consistently beating adjusted earnings estimates in the past four quarters.

BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) reports third-quarter 2026 earnings before the market opens on Wednesday, October 14. The company manages investments for clients and competes with firms such as State Street (NYSE: STT), which also reports that day. Wall Street expects BlackRock to earn $14.32 per share on revenue of approximately $7.43 billion.

As highlighted by Zacks Investment Research, analysts expect BlackRock’s earnings per share to rise 21.6% from a year earlier, with revenue up 14.5%. Assets under management—the value of investments BlackRock oversees for clients—are expected to grow 16.4%, helped by rising markets and money flowing into its funds.

BlackRock beats adjusted earnings estimates in each of the past four quarters, as highlighted by Zacks Investment Research. In the most recent quarter, it earns $13.91 per share against an estimate of $12.67. The quarter before that, it earns $12.53 per share against an estimate of $11.46.

Those past results set a high bar for the October report. Jim Cramer says BlackRock, Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) and State Street are “priced for disappointment,” meaning their share prices may leave little room for weaker-than-expected results. Rising expenses and lower performance fees—payments tied to investment results—could also weigh on BlackRock’s earnings.

BlackRock’s trailing price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio is 25.32, meaning its shares trade at 25.32 times its earnings over the past year. Its price-to-sales ratio is 6.09, meaning investors pay $6.09 for each $1 of annual revenue. These figures give investors a way to judge the share price alongside the upcoming results.
