Top Stock Gainers: ChargePoint Holdings (NYSE: CHPT) Leads Market Surge
- ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CHPT) surged nearly 74% after reporting stronger fiscal second-quarter results, including higher revenue and a substantially narrower loss.
- Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AEHL) gained approximately 37% amid volatile trading following a recent private placement and reverse stock split.
- Leveraged ETFs tied to Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD), and Circle Internet Group, Inc. (NYSE: CRCL) amplified the strong gains in their underlying stocks.
The market recorded several notable gains on September 3, 2026, led by electric vehicle charging company ChargePoint Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CHPT). ChargePoint shares surged 73.80% to $9.08, with trading volume exceeding 42.98 million shares.
The rally followed ChargePoint’s fiscal second-quarter 2027 results. Revenue increased 18% year over year to $116.1 million, while the GAAP net loss narrowed to $35.6 million from $66.2 million. The company’s adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $4.8 million from $22.1 million, according to ChargePoint.
Antelope Enterprise Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: AEHL) rose 36.65% to $7.45 on volume of approximately 21.76 million shares. The company now operates livestreaming e-commerce and energy infrastructure businesses rather than focusing primarily on ceramic tiles.
Antelope’s 1-for-16 reverse stock split became effective on August 7, with split-adjusted trading beginning on August 10. The company also recently arranged an $18.99 million private placement involving 15 million shares and warrants for another 15 million shares. The reduced share count following the reverse split contributed to highly volatile trading, although the private placement also presents substantial dilution risk.
Leveraged ETFs were also among the session’s largest gainers. The Defiance Daily Target 2X Long MSTR ETF (NASDAQ: MSTX) advanced 35.05% to $17.33 as Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR) gained 17.57%. Strategy was formerly known as MicroStrategy.
The Leverage Shares 2X Long HOOD Daily ETF (NASDAQ: HOOG) increased 32.50% to $40.84, reflecting a 16.57% gain in Robinhood Markets, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOOD). Meanwhile, the Leverage Shares 2X Long CRCL Daily ETF (NASDAQ: CRCG) climbed 32.98% to $19.83 as Circle Internet Group, Inc. (NYSE: CRCL) rose 16.47%.
The gains in Strategy, Robinhood, and Circle came as Bitcoin moved above $80,000 and cryptocurrency-related stocks rallied, according to Barron’s. Because these ETFs target twice the daily performance of their underlying stocks, they can amplify both gains and losses.
